Personal training begins with fitness assessments of the five physical fitness components: Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, and Body Composition.
Resistance training will include a variety of disciplines including a combination of free weights, physio ball, bosu ball training, resistance bands, balance boards, medicine balls, mat work and manual resistance.
Setting fitness goals is an integral part of your wellness. We listen, advise, and define specific training programs for your objectives. We develop short-term and long-term measurable fitness program.
Cardiovascular training will focus on target heart-rate training (where you train within your range of maximum benefit) and interval training (mixing brief bursts of higher intensity work with longer periods of lower intensity recovery).
Stretching and Flexibility
Flexibility training is more than just injury prevention. Proper stretching during and after your workout will improve your performance, increase your flexibility, and make you feel better.
